§ 425.112. AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS: POLICY LOANS. An insurance company may invest in loans on the security of the company's own policies in an amount that does not exceed the amount of the reserve values of those policies. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
