§ 425.124. AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS: RISK CONTROL TRANSACTIONS. Subject to Sections 425.126-425.132, an insurance company may use derivative instruments, as defined by Section 425.125, to engage in hedging transactions, replication transactions, and income generation transactions, as those terms are defined by Section 425.125. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
