§ 441.003. APPLICABILITY OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH 
CHAPTER.  Compliance with this chapter is a condition of engaging 
in the business of insurance in this state.  This chapter applies 
to, and is a consequence of, any other transaction with respect to 
an insurer or insurance.
