§ 441.157. IMMUNITY.  A conservator and the conservator's 
agents and employees are not liable, and a cause of action does not 
arise against the conservator or an agent or employee, for an action 
taken or not taken by the conservator, agent, or employee in 
connection with the adjustment, negotiation, or settlement of a 
claim.
