§ 441.202. COSTS OF SUPERVISION AND CONSERVATORSHIP.  The 
commissioner shall determine the costs related to services provided 
by a supervisor or conservator under this chapter.  Subject to 
Section 442.551, the costs shall be charged against the insurer's 
assets and paid as determined by the commissioner.
