§ 441.202. COSTS OF SUPERVISION AND CONSERVATORSHIP. The commissioner shall determine the costs related to services provided by a supervisor or conservator under this chapter. Subject to Section 442.551, the costs shall be charged against the insurer's assets and paid as determined by the commissioner. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
