§ 441.205. APPEAL OF CERTAIN ORDERS.  The following 
orders of the commissioner may be appealed under Subchapter D, 
Chapter 36:
		(1)  an order appointing a supervisor and providing 
that the insurer may not engage in certain acts as provided by 
Section 441.104;
		(2)  an order appointing a conservator;  and                                  
		(3)  an order following the review under Section 
441.204 of an action of a supervisor or conservator.
