§ 441.251. APPLICABILITY. This chapter applies to an insurer engaged in the business of insurance in this state but not domiciled in this state, regardless of whether the insurer is authorized to engage in the business of insurance in this state. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
