§ 442.002. LIQUIDATION OVERSIGHT DIVISION 
EMPLOYEES.  The employees of the commissioner acting as receiver 
are employees of the department for the purposes of:
		(1)  reporting payroll information to the uniform 
statewide accounting system;  and
		(2)  submitting vouchers to the comptroller for the 
payment of the employees' salaries.
