§ 442.003. OVERSIGHT OF SPECIAL DEPUTY RECEIVERS AND GUARANTY ASSOCIATIONS. The commissioner shall oversee special deputy receivers and guaranty associations. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
