§ 442.111. REPORTS ON STATUS OF PROCEEDING. The receiver
shall:
(1) file with the department on the department's
request reports showing the operation, receipts, expenditures, and
general condition of any insurer of which the receiver is in charge
at that time;
(2) on request, file a copy of a report described by
Subdivision (1) with the court in which the receivership proceeding
is pending; and
(3) file a final report regarding each insurer that
has been liquidated or handled that:
(A) shows and fully explains all receipts and
expenditures; and
(B) accurately states the disposition of all of
the insurer's assets.
