§ 442.113. REPORT TO INSURANCE FRAUD UNIT.  A special 
deputy receiver shall report to the insurance fraud unit any 
information discovered in the administration of a receivership 
relating to possible fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct by 
an insurer.
