§ 442.152. SERVICE OF SUBPOENA. A subpoena issued under this subchapter may be served, at the receiver's discretion, by the receiver, the receiver's authorized agent, a sheriff, or a constable. The sheriff's or constable's fee for serving the subpoena is the same as the fee paid the sheriff or constable for similar services. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
