§ 442.206. APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF CLAIM.  (a) The 
receiver may approve or reject a claim filed against the insurer.
	(b)  On a rejection of a claim in whole or in part, the 
receiver shall notify the claimant in writing of the rejection.
