§ 442.401. USE OF RECORDS AND OTHER INFORMATION AS EVIDENCE. (a) A book, paper, document, or record of a delinquent insurer received by the receiver and held in the course of the delinquency proceeding or a certified copy of the book, paper, document, or record signed and under the official seal of the commissioner or receiver is admissible in evidence in a case without proof of correctness or other proof except the certificate of the commissioner or receiver that the book, paper, document, or record was received from the custody of the delinquent insurer or found among the insurer's effects. (b) The certified original or a certified copy of a book, paper, document, or record described by this section or Section 442.402 is prima facie evidence of the facts disclosed by the book, paper, document, or record.
