Texas Insurance Code - Section 442.404. Disposal Of Records

§ 442.404. DISPOSAL OF RECORDS.  On approval by the 
court, the receiver may dispose of any records of the delinquent 
insurer that are obsolete and unnecessary to the continued 
administration of the receivership proceeding.
