§ 442.405. INAPPLICABILITY OF PUBLIC INFORMATION 
LAW.  Chapter 552, Government Code, does not apply to any record of 
a receivership estate, or to any record of an insurer before the 
insurer's receivership, held by the receiver under this chapter.
