§ 462.003. CONSTRUCTION. This chapter shall be liberally construed to implement the purposes of this chapter described by Section 462.002, which shall be used to aid and guide interpretation of this chapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
