§ 462.054. ELIGIBILITY TO SERVE AS INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVE. To be eligible to serve as an insurance industry board member, an individual must be a full-time employee of a member insurer. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
