§ 462.112. BOARD ACCESS TO RECORDS OF IMPAIRED 
INSURER.  The receiver or statutory successor of an impaired 
insurer covered by this chapter shall give the board or the board's 
representative:
		(1)  access to the insurer's records as necessary for 
the board to perform the board's functions under this chapter 
relating to covered claims;  and
		(2)  copies of those records on the board's request and 
at the board's expense.
