§ 462.163. PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT. An insurer shall pay the amount of an assessment under Section 462.160 or 462.162(b) to the association not later than the 30th day after the date the association gives notice of the assessment. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
