§ 463.056. COMPENSATION OF BOARD MEMBERS. A board member may not receive compensation from the association for the member's services but may be reimbursed from the association's assets for expenses incurred as a board member. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
