§ 463.107. EXEMPTION FROM TAXATION. The association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this state or a subdivision of this state, except taxes levied on property. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
