§ 463.108. DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF IMPAIRMENT AND INSOLVENCY. On a majority vote, the board: (1) may make recommendations to the commissioner for detecting and preventing insurer insolvencies; and (2) shall notify the commissioner of information indicating that a member insurer may be impaired or insolvent. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
