§ 463.108. DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF IMPAIRMENT AND 
INSOLVENCY.  On a majority vote, the board:
		(1)  may make recommendations to the commissioner for 
detecting and preventing insurer insolvencies;  and
		(2)  shall notify the commissioner of information 
indicating that a member insurer may be impaired or insolvent.
