§ 463.163. INSURED'S LIABILITY UNDER ASSESSMENT PLAN. This chapter does not reduce the liability for unpaid assessments of the insureds of an impaired or insolvent insurer operating under a plan with assessment liability. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
