§ 493.101. EXCLUSIVE PROCEDURE FOR TAKING CREDIT FOR REINSURANCE. A ceding insurer may take a credit for reinsurance, as an asset or as a deduction from liability, only as provided by this chapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
