§ 493.151. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies to a trust that is used to qualify for a reinsurance credit under Section 493.102(a)(3) and to the assuming insurer that maintains the trust fund. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
