§ 501.005. ACCESS TO PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES. (a) The office shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English can be provided reasonable access to the office's programs. (b) The office shall comply with federal and state laws for program and facility accessibility. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, § 2, eff. April 1, 2005.
