§ 801.055. DEPOSIT OF FEES. A fee collected by the department under this chapter for a certificate of authority shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Insurance operating account. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, § 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
