§ 82.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "authorization" means a permit, license, certificate of authority, certificate of registration, or other authorization issued or existing under the commissioner's authority or this code. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
