§ 83.102. DETERMINATION OF VIOLATION. In determining whether an order has been violated, the commissioner shall consider the maintenance of procedures reasonably adopted to ensure compliance with the order. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
