§ 882.202. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE TO AGENT. On written request of a mutual life insurance company to which a certificate of authority has been issued under this chapter, the department shall issue a license to each agent of the company. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, § 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
