§ 203.027. UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF BENEFIT ACCOUNT. Money
requisitioned from the federal trust fund that remains unclaimed or
unpaid in the benefit account after the end of the period for which
the money was requisitioned shall be, in the commission's
discretion:
(1) deducted from an estimate for the succeeding
periods and used to pay benefits and refunds in those periods; or
(2) redeposited in the federal trust fund as provided
by Section 203.022.
