§ 204.010. PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS BY INDIAN TRIBES. An Indian tribe that is subject to this subtitle shall pay contributions under the same terms and conditions as any other subject employer unless the Indian tribe elects under Chapter 205 to make reimbursements for benefits instead of contributions. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 518, § 5, eff. June 11, 2001.
