§ 21.0015. TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION. The powers and duties exercised by the Commission on Human Rights under this chapter are transferred to the Texas Workforce Commission civil rights division. A reference in this chapter to the "commission" means the Texas Workforce Commission civil rights division. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 302, § 1, eff. March 19, 2004.
