§ 21.058. PREVENTION OF COMPLIANCE. An employer, labor union, or employment agency commits an unlawful employment practice if the employer, labor union, or employment agency wilfully obstructs or prevents a person from complying with this chapter or a rule adopted or order issued under this chapter.
