§ 21.060. VIOLATION OF CONCILIATION AGREEMENT. A party to a conciliation agreement made under this chapter commits an unlawful employment practice if the party violates the terms of the conciliation agreement. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
