§ 21.104. AGE REQUIREMENT FOR PEACE OFFICERS OR FIRE FIGHTERS. An employer does not commit an unlawful employment practice by imposing a minimum or maximum age requirement for peace officers or fire fighters. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
