§ 21.107. EFFECT ON ABORTION BENEFITS. This chapter does not: (1) require an employer to pay for health insurance benefits for abortion unless the life of the mother would be endangered if the fetus were carried to term; (2) preclude an employer from providing abortion benefits; or (3) affect a bargaining agreement relating to abortion.
