§ 21.118. STATEWIDE HOMETOWN PLAN. Subchapter B does not apply to a labor union, firm, association, or individual participating on September 23, 1983, in a statewide hometown plan approved by the United States Department of Labor. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
