§ 21.121. WORK FORCE DIVERSITY PROGRAMS. An employer does not commit an unlawful employment practice by developing and implementing personnel policies that incorporate work force diversity programs. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, § 9.04(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
