§ 21.123. SCOPE OF DEFENSE. A demonstration that an employment practice is consistent with business necessity may not be used as a defense under this chapter against a complaint of intentional discrimination. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, § 9.05(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
