§ 21.151. ENFORCEMENT BY ORDINANCE. A political subdivision may adopt and enforce an order or ordinance that prohibits a practice that is unlawful under this chapter, another state law, or federal law. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
