§ 21.156. REFERRAL BY LOCAL COMMISSION TO STATE COMMISSION. A local commission may refer a matter under its jurisdiction to the Commission on Human Rights. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
