§ 301.024. OFFICIAL SEAL; USE OF FACSIMILES. (a) The
commission has an official seal. A court shall take judicial notice
of the seal.
(b) The commission may execute, certify, authenticate, or
sign, with a facsimile signature and seal, any instrument
authorized under this subtitle to be issued by the commission or by
an authorized representative of the commission, including a claim,
statement, or audit report relating to the establishment or
collection of delinquent contributions or penalties.
