§ 301.047. COMMISSION EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. In performing functions required or authorized by law, employees of the commission are directly accountable to the executive director. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 817, § 3.04, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
