§ 301.064. INTERPRETER SERVICES; BILINGUAL FORMS. (a)
The executive director shall provide language interpreters for
agency programs through a comprehensive language services program
for persons whose primary language is Spanish and may provide
language interpreters through the program for agency programs for
persons whose primary language is other than Spanish or English.
(b) The language services program must provide services,
including translation services, both to employers and to employees
or prospective employees.
(c) The executive director shall print essential agency
forms and instructional information in both English and Spanish. A
form shall be written in Spanish only when revised or when new or
additional forms are printed or prepared.
