§ 301.084. DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS. The executive director may destroy any of the records of the agency under safeguards that protect the confidential nature of the records if the executive director: (1) determines that the records no longer serve a legal, administrative, or other useful purpose; or (2) has made an authentic reproduction of the records to be destroyed.
