Texas Labor Code - Section 301.151. Definitions

§ 301.151. DEFINITIONS.  In this subchapter:                                
		(1)  "Director" means the director of the division.                           
		(2)  "Division" means the civil rights division of the 
commission.          
		(3)  "Human rights commission" means the Commission on 
Human Rights established by this subchapter.
