§ 302.085. USE BY COUNCIL AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD. The council and each local workforce development board shall use the information developed under this subchapter and other information to determine whether a specific workforce training and services program administered by or funded by the local board is effective and whether to continue the training and services program. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 818, § 4.03, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
