§ 305.001. PURPOSE.  The purpose of the Texas Career 
Opportunity Grant Program is to help ensure a qualified workforce 
to meet the needs of this state by reducing the financial barriers 
to postsecondary career education and training for economically 
disadvantaged Texans.
